To apply as an Erasmus student;
- You should be a full-time student at your home university.
- Your university must nominate you.
- You should submit the application form along with all the enclosures no later than the application deadline.
Alanya HEP University is an English medium University. Therefore, applicants whose native language is not English are required to provide a proof of their proficiency in English by presenting a letter issued by their home University International Office indicating that they can follow the courses in English.
After the official notification of the sending institutions, AHEP International Office gets into contact with the students and informs them about the application procedure. According to the information provided, the students should prepare the required documents and submit them to our office before the deadline.

*You will need a “student visa” to enter Turkey. Please make sure that you apply for the student visa at the Turkish Consulate in your country as soon as you receive your acceptance letter. Students who are from country's that do not require a visa for entry still must acquire a student visa, otherwise they will not be able get a student residence permit which will inhibit the stay of student in Turkey for more than 90 days.
1. Residence Permit
You are required to apply for a residence permit in person within a month of your arrival. The International Office of Alanya Hep University will assist you during this process.
